William Masson was a provincial politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1935 to 1955 sitting with the Social Credit caucus in government. ==Political career== Masson ran for a seat to the Alberta Legislature as a Social Credit candidate in the electoral district of Wainwright for the 1935 Alberta general election. Due to the 1939 boundary redistribution, incumbent Albert Blue who left the Social Credit caucus to join the Independent Progressive Association found his district of Ribstone abolished. He ran against Masson along with two other candidates.
